Why do African and world leaders allow robert Mugabe of zimbabwe to continue wasting human lives?

Mugabe is a demon, since the african leaders are so in potent that the cannot stop him, why can't America save the people of zimbabwe or do they value oil more than human lives, Cos if it is Oil in the middle east America will intervene.
