I've had no period in 6 months after Tubal Ligation!?

I had my second and last baby back in november. Right after I delivered I had my Tubal Ligation done. I was feeding at first, but my son refused to gain weight no matter how much I fed him, I had plenty of milk and no latching problems, he just wasnt gaining weight. So I switched him to the bottle and within two weeks I got my period back, this was back in Jan. it was very normal 4 days, and thought everything was fine. Then the next month I spotted only lightly for two days and ever since havent had anything remotely close to a period. I do have severe cramps when it is due, but still nothing! It has been 6 months plus now, and I am worried. I took four home preg. tests, over a length of time, and all were negative, along with three from the doctors office, they were neg too. The doctor told me everything looks normal on my bloodwork. So why are my periods absent? Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? I am not a thin woman, im 24 and normally regular as clock work...?

So I had this girl I was friends with. Before, when we were friend she acted funny. Like she never wanted to come to my house because it was too much of a hle. Toyota Celica rear axle seized?

I overheated the engine (separate problem) & still was able to drive & park it for a few days. I came back a few days later & the back wheels are locked up. The car is front-wheel drive. It is not the regular disc brakes (we took the caliper off one side with no change). We are pretty sure it isn't the emergency brake (it seems to be working fine) & it isn't the clutch. It goes into gear & "tries" to go, but the rear wheels won't let it budge more than a centimeter. Suggestions? It appears the rear axle is seized, but I have no idea how it could have happened or how to fix it. I can't even tow it!

Question to Nurses and Phlebotomists?

This is to everybody who is experienced in drawing blood especially with vacutainer needles. If the needle was opened and then recapped (ie the seal broken) would it be easily identified by the nurse that this needle has been used because of the broken seal or it is not that obvious and it can be missed. I am asking because I had a blood draw using this vacutainer and since they dont come wrapped I am paranoid that the nurse might have mistakengly used a previously used needle on me.

Can compact fluorescent light bulbs harm plants?

I have two plants Tomato and Blueberry outside of my apartment on the patio enterance area it is completely outside but during the night the apartment complex has compact fluorescent light bulbs that turn on around 8 P.M. I was wondering since the plants get direct sun light in the day and then light from these compact fluorescent light bulbs (the twisty type) can this damage their growth or damage the plant in general since they are not getting any darkness at night cause of these outdoor lights that my apartment complex has. I can move them away from the light and on to the gr but then at midnight the complex sprinklers turn on and I heard it is not good for plants to get their leaves wet at night. My main question is it hurting my plant by being exposed to compact fluorescent light at night...hence they are never in dark at all. from sunlight to artificial light at night is this hurting my plants?

My friend came over and left his bike in the corner of our garage. My roommate came home and didn't know that the bike would be there, so when she was going to park her car in the garage, she swerved into the side of the garage causing a hole and a bit of damage to her vehicle. He is very floppy, wiggly and totally distracted when he walks. He lies a lot and tells a lot of fantasy stories. When having family gatherings veers off alone,(even when he is excited about the "get together." Appears to not have much interest in children his age only older kids or adults. He usually "runs" things if he engages with the kids his age or "uses" them for things. He doesn't seem particularly interested in their ideas, thoughts.. only "can I have that toy?", "share your popsicle".. once he gets what he wants he is outta there. He is very strong willed, argumentative, and can be very oversensitive. I remember when he was 4 someone on the playground called him a "monkey" jokingly and he bawled and shut down, the look on his face was sheer pain.. this broke his heart. His eye contact is ok, but when I / or the special ed teacher tries to help him focus by getting him to look at me/ her it is very difficult for him. Otherwise he has good eye contact. I could go on and on... obsessions that don't last .. a toy he must sleep with bathe with, set at the table and two days later forgotten. Most things are his way simple things are a struggle especially if he is focused on something (usually his legos). It is very difficult to reason.. he gets angry, upset.. discipline doesn't work (time outs age appropriate) it sets him in a rage.. etc etc... anyway, what I want to know is if you have a child that has been diagnosed add / aspergers what were they like at age 5???? Also, I forgot to mention that his vocabulary is above average for his age his teachers and doctor have remarked on this. THANKS TO ALL WHO REPLY.... :)

Baby sleep issue, anyone been here before?

My little girl is just over 16 weeks old and has always slept pretty well at night, I feed so the regime has always been every 3 hours waking for feeding. The last three nights she has had her bath, been fed and gone down at about 9.30pm. She then wakes up between 11 and 12 and has been horrendous. She wont go back to sleep, she cries she grunts she squirms around in my arms and i am so exhausted I dont know what to do. She kept me up from 11 til 2.30 last night, not screaming so its not colic, she had that and grew out of it. I don't know whats wrong. I thought maybe she had silent reflux and am taking her to the doctors on Monday but i am so tired and so is she. But she wont sleep. aT 2.30 she went down and then woke at 4.30 and then at around 6ish she ended up coming into bed with me because she wouldnt settle for long in her cot and I really dont want her sleeping with me as its so uncomfortable and i dont get any rest. I really dont want to hear from people telling me that my sleep is not importan (i have heard that on here before) because if im exhausted then i dont function properly and in my opinion cant function as a mother and thats no good for her. Is it a growth spurt? Is it something that happens at 4 months? HELP!

that would depend if it is malignant or not, and if it is malignant- then how far the cancer has spread. if its in his lymph nodes then it is too far gone and better to just make what life he has left comfortable until he is in too much pain and put him to sleep. it could be just fatty tumors, and having them removed would be no problem. if they are cancer and you found them early enough, then he should be fine (unless of course the cancer comes back) chemotherapy is really hard on animals. i personally dont recommend it, if it is cancer. it normally doesnt prolong their life long enough to make it worthwhile. but that is more if it had spread to his lymph nodes. be glad it is the - they are external so easier to masticate than if cancer is inward. good luck hope it helped.

HCG level of 38,000 at 5 weeks and 3 days but only a sac and yolk no fetus or heartbeat!?

I am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant yesterday i went to the doctor for a l sonogram because i had a miscarriage 9 months ago and i wanted to make sure that this pregnancy was progressing. The sonogram tech told me she only expected to see a gestational sac and yolk which we did. I felt relieved until i went to see the doctor and she said that at 5 weeks and 3 days she expected to see a fetal pole and heartbeat. She instructed me to make an appointment to schedule a D&C because she diagnosed me with a blighted ovum. I asked her to take blood test to see if my HCG was increasing. On april 13 my hcg was 2480 april 15 my hcg was 8518 and my doctor just called and told me my hcg is 38,516! Is it possible that i do not have a blighted ovum based on my increasing numbers? Can these high numbers mean that i am having twins? If the fetal pole is not present at my doctors appointment on monday should i schedule the D&C or wait a few more weeks to see if the pregnancy progresses? Thanks in advance for all answers!

You can only keep your feelings and emotions bottled for so long before you erupt and things get really nasty. The best thing is to tell her how you feel and ask what the problem is. They might not be aware of what they are doing when it comes to this. Just sit down and talk to her and let her know what your feelings are on the subject.

Here's the problem: He became spoiled because, when he got depressed from me giving my other cat more attention, I started to give him too much attention. I also just started working full time and my cat isn't used to that. Now he is constantly meowing loudly when I'm not paying attention to him. I know the way to fix it in most situations would be to completely ignore him (not punish him or even look at him) when he's meowing, and cuddle with him and give him treats when he's quiet. I was getting some screen rippling effect on games (especially on darkened screen areas) so I ordered a DVI/HDMI cable to use instead. It appears to have solved the rippling issue, but now my whole desktop had squeezed in almost an inch on both sides, and a 1/2 inch on top and bottom. In other words, it is not using my entire monitor screen like it was before. How do I get the who screen back? Monitor resolution seems to be set at max 1920 x 1080

Going abroad, leaving loved ones for 4 months?

I am going abroad soon. 4 months volunteering in Nepal. I am leaving behind my boyfriend of two years and my family who I love. I am getting so nervous and I can't help but feel so guilty for leaving them. I feel like a bad person. I know I'm doing something great, but I'm scared to death. My dog plays with his leash?

My question is NOT how to get him to stop playing with his leash, that can easily be solved. My question is if it's dangerous that he's playing with his leash. It's a vinyl leash with a metal end that clips onto his collar. The thing that you press down to put the leash onto the collar broke off and it's just a small piece of sharp metal now. My dog whips his leash around (playfully) whacking the leash all over the place randomly and aggressively. Does anyone else have a dog who plays with their leash like this? And should I let him do this? If not, is there a safe leash or toy that he could play with instead? (He doesn't whip around heavy ropes cause he's a small breed. Why wont my betta fish poop?

i got a red male crowntail betta 2 weeks ago and i havent seen it poop once. i look in the gravel and dont see any poop. but i do see little white slivers in the gravel but i ume that is just leftover food. he is happy and healthy he makes bubble nests and my name is danny and one time he designed the letter D with a little heart before it i thought it was cute. hes active but he usualy lays at the bottom of his live plant sideways but he swims often. so why isnt he pooping???!!!!!???? i fast him 3 times a week and i still never see any poo. i feed him betta min flakes most days on others i feed him pellets, and some days i feed him bloodworms. i feed him twice a day exept when i fast him. his temp is always around 80

I don't really like the club scene to much because of drunk disrespectful idiots so I try to stay away from them, every now and then I will go with my wife. I'm pissed because first off I Do Not! want to party with my boss but what do I tell my wife, cause she was drunk and dead set on staying. We go to a bar and I actually call my wife from outside to let her know what was happening, even asked if she could come and get me! She starts yelling and accusing me of sleeping with her when Im clearly upset. So we get back to my job (where we parked and ride shared) she (my boss) drops me of and not 10 seconds after she pulled off my wife jumps out of her car yelling to the top of her lungs. We go home and a huge fight began. Finally we go to sleep I wake up still pissed at what she did and just runs out for work, no hug,kiss nothing. She then about an hour later calls my job and tells my istant she will be reporting my boss to my regional manager for keeping her husband out till 2 in the morning. Now my thing is this...I understand her (my wifes) worry..But isn't there a better way to handle it than possibly making me loose my job. A week 1/2 later im called into the office and fired because of "Marital problems in the workplace" No more Medical,Rent,Car payment money nothing. I eventually had to give back a car I was paying notes on to someone,relocate and swallow my pride stick to my vows and get over it. Since then I haven't been able to find a job. It's been 5 months and my wife is telling me mean things like a can't support a man and I can't provide for her, just really really pride destroying things. And she tells me whats done is done and I should just man up and get over it when she clearly see's im trying and getting no luck. She has a in home buisness and so far it's been helping us get by. But I do all the cooking cleaning taking care of the dog running task and all. I cook breakfast,lunch & dinner she does nothing but sit on the computer all day! and I do the house work. We have no children yet and she tells me she paying all the bills and she feels like she's the man. And she's 10x more mean when she says it. My question is I have let her go out with her friends and come in after 2am for years, I do it once and all hell breaks loose. And I even called her to inform her on what was going on. Hirsutism is ruining my life, what can I do?

I have hirsutism and its really getting me down. I'm 17 and ever since I was about 15 I've had really excessive dark hair on my stomach, lower back, ocks.. even on my and around my . I just know that anyone who sees it will be repulsed.. I have to cover up even in summer and I doubt I'll ever be able to have much of a life due to feeling so self concious. I need to figure out how to help my mom's cat to lose weight...?

My mom's cat is 4 years old, will be 5 years old in February. So of course, he is no spring chicken. He is fed Purina Sensitive Systems, as he has a VERY sensitive tummy. He can't stomach any other type of food, even when it comes to poultry or tuna. He is very lazy, and sleeps all the time. My mom leaves the bowl out for him. I've tried giving him a schedule-based diet, but he threw a fit even though I persisted for nearly a month and a half. I need to get him to agree with the idea of limited food. Any ideas on how to get him comfortable? Limiting his food intake is a start. I also need him to exercise. He's not much into toys at all. Any ideas for this fat little kitty?

Worst nightmare ever?

So i live in Sarasota, and in this dream my high school Sarasota High School, was blocked off by the U.S. military. There was barbed wire around the whole school, and personnel were gaurding the entire perimeter and there were helicopters flying over head. i was in charge of a team of special forces and our job i was told was to drop into one of the ten wings (a rather large building which in real life is about 100ft. wide by 400 ft long) and explore what was happening. So my team and i were dropped down at one of the buildings entrances and we entered the building. all seemed normal, until we found a cave in the middle of the main hallway that was at first dark and we had to use flash lights to see. but and we ventured deeper (id say 50 paces or so) the cave ended its 45 degree decline and was completely horizontal. then it branched off in various different directions and at this point all my equipment ceased to work (i had no connection on my walkie talkie, i had no readings on my radar, every instrument was completely scrambled) and i lost my team. but i ventured further down with my gun fully loaded and trigger happy due to my terrified state. not long after i lost my team i began to hear noises, and the cave path that i chose turned a corner and i could see very odd and disturbing shadows and strange noises mixed with moans. as i turned the corner i saw a terrifying sight, these demonic like beings no bigger than 3 feet were torturing several people. so i ran for some reason deeper and i began to see more and more gruesome sights and stranger creature, finally the sight that made me turn back i saw several women all naked and bloody with their bottoms halves sewed on backwards and they reached out to ask me for help. and at this point i grabbed my radio and began streaming "oh my god oh my god oh my god, these women were sewed in half!" miraculously i got a response and the operator was a woman's voice who seemed perplexed and said "come again soldier?" but then so i repeated "these women were cut in half and sewed back on!" but i lost connection. then the creatures turned their attention towards me, so i began shooting and mutilating all the creatures i could find in a rage, i was crying scared and angry all at the same time. then i looked behind me and i saw the shadows of a multitude of creatures running toward my direction, so i ran and ran and ran trying to find my way out, shooting creatures and screaming into an impotent radio all the while, finally i found the main cave and made it outside of the building, and then was retrieved by a ground team that was dispatched to patrol the campus. i was taken to base where i saw my team. i was furious with them and questioned why they left, they replied "our instruments stopped working so we left". i then told them what i saw in brief.

Am I feeding my cats enough?

I feed my two cats a whole bowl of dry Purina "Seafood Sensations" every morning. Then I give them a small can of Friskies "Special Diet" at night. The one cat is skinny and is always waiting by the kitchen for the wet food like hours before I feed them it which is around 8pm every day as if he's expecting it at least twice a day. Broadband connection problem?

I have been using broadband connection for the past six months from BSNL. I experience one problem for past one month i.e. whenever I switch on the modem; bytes get transferred aggressively even if I don’t browse. It continues to get transferred even if I close the browser. Because of this my account usage goes up. So I switch off the modem. I use anti virus software. When I scan the system, it shows no virus found.

My father is recovering from an illness and he's not allowed to eat yet. He had a gastric tube inserted and basically gets all of his nutrition, in liquid form, directly to his stomach. The occupational/speech therapist wants him to exercise his esophagus muscles to prepare him to begin eating again. Needless to say, it's pretty difficult to practice swallowing when you're not actually allowed to swallow anything. He's diabetic and can't have regular hard candy. I'm having a hard time finding sugar-free lollipops, which are safer for him because they have a stick he can hold onto. Help!

Okay so recently this morning my dad comes home with his boss and his work truck. My dad is an AC mechanic and a hard working man, working 8-9 hours a day. So all of a sudden after I come home from walking my dog, he asks me to help him start unloading the truck full of my dads supplies, while his boss is just standing there watching. So after about 20 min. we get most of the stuff out and I noticed that there's still a whole bunch of my dads supplies and tools still in the truck and he begins locking it up. So he gives the key to his boss and he drives away. Thats when he tells me "oh i just got fired" . Then I started freaking out. So we go inside the house and he tells me that half the stuff in the truck still belonged to him but his boss wouldn't let him take it. He then told me that he called the police and they said that he's not allowed to keep it even tho he PAID for all that stuff. So all I'm asking is doesn't he have the right to keep all of his tools and supplies? I mean its not like small screwdrivers and stuff, I'm talking about ladders, a vacuum, propane tanks , copper wires, etc. and lots more!! And it just pisses me off that, that piece of sh^t boss of his just drives away with about over $1000, maybe more!! worth of equipment that my dad PAID FOR and he doesn't even have a say in this, after his 11 years of devotion to that punk @$$ old man. My friend likes this guy who she met a few weeks ago in our school musical. They have known each other for a few weeks now. They have only spoken a handful of times but she is thoroughly infatuated with him.
