Theres this guy that likes me but I think he's using me!?

There's a guy, He asked me out, but I'm eerie about it. He says he really likes me, but I can't believe it because his friend told my friend that she should go out with Matt, the guy that likes me. So I don't know if he told his friend to do that or not. I don't know what decision to make. I've went out with him before and I broke up with him now he's asking me out again yet he wants my friend. EVERYBODY wants my friend just because shes skinny, but she has a bad additude. I'm the oppisite. SOrry just had to say. So what should I do to Matt????
