What brand of car is this?

The other day I saw a car and thought it was a nice looking BMW, but got closer to see the badge was of a bear and I cannot remember the name for the life of me. It's a two word name with I believe B... Sch... ? I can't find anything on it on the internet, but I know it's a re-badged BMW.
