When will the GOP stop using others like the tea party and the Florida pastor to incite violence?

The Republicans use others to do their violence now but during the early years of the Cheney/Bush administration they did their own violence on the local scale as anyone who questioned the Patriot Act at that time came show you. The Republicans base their power on fear, fear of others AND on fear of them.
