Did I eat enough today?

I have a diploma in fitness and nutrition and anorexia is a mental illness so if you haven't already you need to see a psychiatrist. Your eating today is very healthy but not enough. The smoothie should be a snack only and breakfast needs cereal fruit and toast. You also need an afternoon snack and I suggest you have a meal supplement like a shake with every meal.
