Pregnant and Inside Sales?

So I am an inside sales rep with a manufacturing OEM (original equipment manufacturer) so I am already in a boys club. Most of the engineers and purchasing agents I deal with are men which has actually worked out well for me up til this point. Now however I am pregnant and am wondering if I will still be taken seriously. Also any advice on how to get the engineers I am talking to constantly to speak normally to me instead of constant technical lingo?
