Help is she doing this because she wants her son back and is she mad?

A friend/neighbour of mine has been babysitting my other neighbourghs son. Now my friend lost a son around da same age as the boy she's looking after and well she's been tryin 2 turn him into her dead son by dying his originally black hair blond and she's been taking him out shopping and buying him clothes that her son would have would have worn and I was going to lunch with her and the boy she's babysitting and she told the waiter to get a kids menu for her son and she said for him to wait for mamma. I tried to tell the boys parents but they won't believe me. Should I be worried and how do I get his parents to see what my friend is trying to do.
