Is my bird supose to do this?

ok so i have a lovebird. and i got him when i was six so i didnt know how to train him. and now he always bites skeacks wierd i cant get him out of his cage. and he does flips on the side of his cage. and when hes in his cage he goes CRAZY and flies everywhere and the cage is all movin side to side and when i pretend to skeak he always skeaks back. and one day he somehow layed 3 eggs, and the next day he ate them..... HELP ME!
