I need the perfect recipe for Hot Cross buns?

Alot of recipes are just too heavy... I need one that is perfect, just the right amount of everything so that it is light and chewy! A complete recipe would be wonderful along with a note about how they taste... Also, please let me know if you use icing to form the Cross or how you do it... Thank you! :-)
