I feel like my boyfriend has no respect for me?

Well a few days ago he asked me out and yesterday we went on a date but technically it wasn't our first it was like our second date cuz he asked me to the movies like before he asked me out. So after the second time we met my friend told me tht he told her tht he likes her the day after me and him first met and tht she coodnt tell me cuz she was scared. But anyways, the second Time me and my boyfriend met, we made out and he felt me up and he gave me a hickey. He was nice and funny but I feel like he's using me bc he has a reputation of going out with like anyone to get laid. So after I found out about wat he said to my frend after we first met I texted him 'thanks for not telling me about (frends name) then he replied saying '????' then I didn't reply. Then he said 'sup?x' bur I ignored then he said the next say 'hey ;)x' what do I do?????? I dono if he thinks me as a gf or as a friend with benefits, cuz he did ask me out....
